It's hard to believe it's been three years since the original Angry Birds was released and now it's time for their most recent release. This time it's got a Star Wars spin on it, much to the delight of many people. It good be argued that Angry Birds has really only been surviving lately on fond memories and past victories, this latest version though, does truly feel like something different and is a great way to rejuvenate a product. Many people were expecting Angry Birds Star Wars to be a combination of Angry Birds and Angry Birds Space, too a great extent those people are right. However the Star Wars spin means that there's some slightly different techniques involved in playing this game. Having had LucasArts apply some finishing touches, the game has a slightly different look to previous games, but looks great. Despite the playable birds look like their original counterparts in wigs, they have drastically different power ups and properties depending on the characters they depict. The game has certain levels and features that have been adopted from the films, for example Luke Skywalker gains a lightsaber part way through the game, again adding a different aspect to the game. The game has come together very well, it looks great and is brilliantly entertaining. If you've played the others, then you diffidently need to play this one too, and if for some reason you're yet to play Angry Birds then it's a great way to start - it's a must download!

In what seems to be a continuation of the trend for physics based games, this one puts a BMX spin on things. The idea of the game is to race your BMX, but the main focus of the game seems to be on beating friends scores, this is currently achieved via Facebook but it is believed that Game Centre support is on it's way. As for the game it's self, it looks great and works well. People who have a tendency to quit easily may want to stay clear though, as the game does taking some getting used to and the controls can take a little while to get the hang of. The offers lots of different tracks to race on and as a result makes it well worth the investment. While it may take a couple of attempts to get the hang of a particular track the game will have you coming back for more, and may even become something that you both love and hate.

Shellrazer is a shooting game where the player has to guide the Giant turtle through the different levels, all 50 of them, and killing the goblins in it's sight. To me the game a bit of an Angry Birds look and feel to it, which I think is a good thing. There are a lot of levels and it's easily a game that can be started again once completing, making the purchase price a good investment, plus it's on sale at the moment so it's an even better idea! It's a great game and comes with a lot of fun, a must download for any app gaming fan.

It seems to me to be a very good all-round game that is ideal for racing app fans.

This game is simply, physics vs timed racing. Managing to complete the course without crashing can prove difficult on some of the levels. While the graphics aren't the best, the game it's self is easily capable of passing a few minuets, but equally just as capable of passing a few hours. Each level, or stage that you make your way through, you will notice that you start to concentrate more and more. This game while fun, is also a could test of skill. It's because of this that when you fail at a level, you don't feel cheated because it will something you done earlier on in the race that has cost you.
